This is a very touching, moving quote. I have admired Helen Keller from girlhood. Reading her biography was like a revelation. I wish all schoolchildren were still taught about this remarkable women. She was an example of the most extraordinary determination and will to succeed.
hi Lala, i'm glad that you enjoyed this quote. it's a good lesson for me. i'm becoming to understand that i cannot know and understand only by thinking. sometimes the heart feels and knows in ways that our minds can't understand.

You really write and post pics with a certain style - I truly enjoy! My friends organized me a bachelor party yesterday and I wore a pink shirt with a printed slogan on my heart "you see the best with your heart", from the Little Prince. I also got the book as a gift. Never read it before, but will enjoy getting to know this classic. You might too.

i've not read the 'little prince' either, though i have wanted to for quite some time. maybe now the time is right. i believe i am at a level now where i can read it in french. it will be a nice gift to myself signifying my growth in life and in 'le francaise.'
