I love the feeling in the photo - careless chic and sophistication. A fellow fashion blogger listed her New Year's resolutions and said she wanted to wear more garter belts and high heels. That got me thinking about my fashion desires... and I realized I wanted to be even more glamorous. Garter belts, heels, air-light clothing... at least one glass of Champagne every month. How's that for resolutions... and yours my sweet New York beauty?
