I've been doing some soul-searching these rainy days. I put on my comfy clothes, a warm beverage between my hands and I just let life flow.
In Paris the holidays are still quite far ahead. I did see the first Christmas lights yesterday at the apartment opposite ours. I smiled. How sweet this season is. Year after another.
And you know the door's wide open at my place, and I'm waiting there with big hugs for you!
It was beautiful and delicious, and I hope yours as well. Now we're entering the magical month of December, with it's cinnamon scented hallways and silvery nights where we read by candlelight.
My thanksgiving involved a visit with my mother and I can tell you that it was not at all like having Thanksgiving at Versailles. I am happy it is over.
I hope you are enjoying your time away. I miss you too and look forward to seeing you soon.xoxo
I had a wonderful, restful, yet productive time. I've completed many projects, which now I have to find the time to blog about. I'm so glad that you had a nice holiday. I'm really focusing on my blessings, my goal is to be more thankful. Sometimes I get so buzy that I'm just irritated, which is wrong; there are so many people who are in need of jobs now. I'm so very thankful for my new blog friends I've made this year. Blogging has really encouraged me to be more reflective.
Your blog is such a joy to read, it is like having coffe or tea with a dear friend.
